Jamie, LCSW is an experienced therapist with 18 years of experience helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges. As a former school social worker, she brings a unique perspective and a passion for education to her practice.

Jamie's approach is rooted in understanding the interconnectedness of the mind and body. She believes in creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping skills, and build resilience. Her areas of expertise include:

  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, and social-emotional challenges
